A full description of the study, including the selection process was explained to each patient. Documented consent was obtained from each patient. Group 1 consisted of athletes with history of rotator cuff injury one and half year back and group 2 included athletes with rotator cuff injury three months back. Coordination , strength and disability were assessed pre and post plyometric training for a period of three weeks and the mean percentage of improvement were compared in both the group following plyometric training.Results-.intragroup analysis showed a significant improvement in coordination, strength with the level of significance (p<0.05). Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM) is a very potential technique for transmitting high bit rate data over indoor and outdoor wireless communication channels with high bandwidth efficiency and robustness to multipath delay. OFDM is a multichannel modulation that divides a given channel into many parallel sub-channels or subcarriers, so that multiple symbols are sent in parallel. The first multichannel modulation systems appeared in the 1950's as military radio links, best characterized as frequency-division multiplexed systems. The first OFDM schemes were presented by Chang and Saltsburg, in which actual use/ practicability of OFDM was limited. However, later on the OFDM was made more practical through work describe in the article uses Discrete Fourier transform (DFT) with a cyclic prefix. The DFT implemented with a Fast Fourier Transform (FFT)) and the cyclic prefix have made OFDM both practical and attractive to the radio link designer. A similar multichannel modulation scheme, Discrete Multi-Tone (DMT) modulation, has been developed for static channels such as the digital subscriber loop.

In FSO communications the influence of atmospheric effects can be specified by the attenuation and fluctuations of the transmitted optical power, caused by the atmospheric turbulence. This paper investigate the performance of FSO communication systems employing on-off keying (OOK) , subcarrier binary phase-shift keying (BPSK) modulation and Q-ary pulse position modulation (QPPM) in turbulence regime. The performance results are evaluated in terms of bit error rate (BER) employing subcarrier OOK, BPSK, and QPPM as modulation technique. It is found that the BER performance under BPSK modulation is better compared to other modulation techniques but in Q-ary PPM if we increase the order of Q then the performance will improve and it provide maximum 4dB improvement

The performance of the SNR algorithm, used as the channel state estimator, directly impacts the efficiency of the FMT. The SNR estimation technique that we implements use non-data aided technique in which the transmitted symbols are unknown by the receiver, in order to estimate SNR in additive white Gaussian noise (AWGN) channel. Here I analyzed the performance of this technique for both BPSK and QPSK modulation by deriving their normalized mean square error (NMSE) and comparing it with the results of existing algorithms such as M2M4 moments based estimator and our estimator. Moreover, we discuss how SNR estimates can be used to approximate the NMSE and how the accuracy of the SNR estimate is related to that of the NMSE estimate.
